Our clients have been lending banks, investor portfolios, a wide range of businesses (e.g. Doctors surgeries, hotels, car mechanics), charities, football clubs and international/ typical high street clients.
The team generally provides commercial property legal advice and solutions covering topics such as commercial property sales and purchases, processing commercial property mortgages, drafting new commercial property leases and commercial property lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act.
